1. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel their enrollment in any peer-to-peer learning session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for refunds.
  • To cancel your session, please visit your user dashboard or contact info@peerfusion.org.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made within the stipulated cancellation period.
  • No refunds will be issued for sessions that have already commenced or concluded.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

3. Refund Process

  • Users requesting a refund should submit their request via email to info@peerfusion.org, including details such as session name, date, and reason for cancellation.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Confirmation of refund processing will be communicated via email.

4. Exceptions

  • PeerFusion reserves the right to refuse refunds under certain circumstances, including repeated cancellations or misuse of the cancellation policy.
  • In exceptional circumstances such as technical difficulties or cancellation by the host, PeerFusion will offer full refunds or rescheduling options.
